The following information is collected on email receipt of a completed online contact form to enable further communication with individuals –
Name, Email Address, Telephone (optional), Comments (which may or may not include personal information).
Email addresses and/or mobile phone numbers are collected on request to allow further communications regarding a commission.
Digital images from a commission are stored on a storage system to allow image processing, editing and archiving to allow for sales and distribution to clients.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

exercise their rights by emailing privacy@event-pics.co.uk. We aim to respond to all requests with 14
days and exercise any valid requests within 28 days.
