Saturday 24th May 2008 saw the wedding of the wonderful Will and Nicola at St Mary’s Guildhall in Coventry. At over 650 years old, it has seen and been part of a lot of history – William Shakespeare is said to have staged his plays in it and the Guildhall became the centre of King Henry VI’s court during the War of the Roses. It is an amazing building and has the awe inspiring backdrop of the ruins of World War II bombed Coventry Cathedral.
Will and Nicola and all their guests appeared to have a great day. I was second photographer to David, and between the two of us I think the day was captured brilliantly. Good luck Will and Nicola to your future together.
Saturday 10th May 2008 was a special day for Claire and Stephen as they got married at the 14th century Lord Leycester Hospital in the centre of Warwick. The Lord Leycester Hospital is a fantastic wedding venue which oozes history and character. The Masters Gardens at the rear of the building offers plenty of photo opportunites for formal family shots plus bride and groom portraiture. It was a great day with lovely weather and we wish both Claire and Stephen the best in their future together.
